About Us: Sky Education Group is a fast-growing EdTech company specializing in admissions counseling and career guidance. We are expanding our team and looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to handle bulk hiring for our Admission Counselors / Sales profile. Key Responsibilities: ✅ End-to-End Recruitment : Source, screen, and hire candidates for the Admission Counselor role. ✅ Walk-in Interviews : Manage and conduct daily walk-in interviews for potential hires. ✅ Job Posting & Sourcing : Use Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media to attract candidates. ✅ Interview Coordination : Schedule and conduct initial screening & arrange final interviews. ✅ Negotiation & Offer Closure : Convince candidates and close offers within budget. ✅ Database Management : Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for continuous hiring. Required Skills & Qualifications: ✔ 2+ years of experience in recruitment (EdTech/Sales/BPO preferred). ✔ Strong communication & negotiation skills . ✔ Experience in bulk hiring & handling walk-ins . ✔ Proficiency in job portals & social media hiring . ✔ Ability to meet hiring targets & deadlines .
