. With active delivery hubs in Dsseldorf (Germany), London (UK), and Chennai (India), we manage workforce, HR, and compliance functions across jurisdictions and are looking for an experienced HR professional to strengthen our India-based HR operations team.
Role Overview
We are seeking a
proactive, experienced HR professional
to manage and streamline HR activities across our
UK, Germany, and India
entities. The role will be based in
Chennai
and will coordinate with local HR teams (currently two HR staff), business leaders, and external partners (payroll providers, legal advisors, and compliance consultants).The candidate must possess
strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices
in
India
, with a solid understanding of
European (Germany, UK)
employment and compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Global HR Coordination & Governance
Oversee and coordinate HR operations across
UK, Germany, and India
in collaboration with HR support teams.Ensure compliance with
local labour laws, GDPR (Europe), and employment regulations
across all operating countries.Liaise with payroll partners, legal advisors, and external consultants for country-specific HR compliance.Maintain global HR policies, ensuring consistency while addressing local statutory requirements.Manage onboarding/offboarding processes for employees and contractors across countries.
Manage India ,UK and Germany payroll, PF, ESI, gratuity, and compliance filings with external vendors.
Maintain employee database, attendance, and leave management systems.Support hiring coordination, offer letter issuance, and induction activities.Conduct periodic audits to ensure statutory compliance and accurate record-keeping.
Coordinate with the UK and Germany directors to manage local employment contracts and compliance documentation.Maintain HR files including
KIDs (Key Information Documents)

consultant contracts
, and
visa/work permit records
.Collaborate with local accountants on monthly payroll and taxation updates.Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance review coordination.
- Talent Development & Policy Management
Support creation and roll-out of HR policies aligned to global standards (e.g., leave, remote work, diversity, ethics).
Conduct induction and periodic training on policies, code of conduct, and compliance awareness.Identify HR process improvement opportunities and automation initiatives.
Prepare monthly HR dashboards headcount, attrition, cost summaries, and compliance tracker.Track renewals of contracts, visas, work permits, and certifications.Report directly to the
Managing Director
.
Required Skills & Experience
7+ years
of experience in Human Resources, preferably in IT / consulting / staffing industries.Proven experience handling
multi-country HR operations
(India + UK/Germany mandatory).
In-depth Understanding Of
India:
Shops & Establishments Act, PF/ESI/Gratuity, payroll & labour law compliance.
Germany:
Local employment law, work contracts,AUG, leave policies, tax & social security basics.
UK:
Employment contracts, IR35 framework, KID compliance, and payroll coordination.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.Familiarity with HR systems such as
Zoho People, BambooHR, or MS Dynamics HR
is an advantage.Knowledge of
US HR compliance and visa frameworks
(nice to have).
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.Preferred certifications:
SHRM / CIPD / NIPM / PHRi / PGDHRM
