We are committed to building a professional and people-first work culture. We are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and strengthen our Human Resources department. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute HR strategies in alignment with company goals. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes for new employees. Implement training and development programs to enhance employee performance. Drive performance appraisals and manage performance improvement plans. Ensure full compliance with labor laws, food industry regulations, and internal HR policies. Resolve employee conflicts and handle disciplinary actions professionally. Maintain HR records, prepare HR reports, and oversee payroll processing. Promote a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture. Coordinate with departments to plan manpower requirements and optimize workforce efficiency. Lead employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the food/FMCG/manufacturing sector . Sound knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices. Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
