Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources role based in Ghaziabad within the jewelry industry. The role involves overseeing recruitment processes, providing training and support for new hires, and ensuring that employees meet performance standards. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with department heads to align HR strategies with organizational goals, addressing employee concerns, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Strong Customer Service skills and ability to develop positive relationships with team members
• Experience in Polishing techniques and related jewelry manufacturing processes

• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to workplace challenges
• A passion for the jewelry industry and previous HR experience in manufacturing or fashion sectors is a plus
