Job Description

As an HR Manager at IMC Group, you will play a crucial role in leading the HR department across multiple business units in India, Singapore, and Dubai. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate a positive organizational culture that keeps employees engaged and motivated. You will work closely with business leaders to align people strategies with overall business objectives.
