Job Description

As a Human Resources professional with 5-8 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in driving the development, implementation, and optimization of HR programs and processes within the organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing strategic guidance, best practice recommendations, and operational support to HRBPs and the entire organization to ensure HR programs align with business objectives and enhance the overall employee experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and develop a comprehensive talent management and organization development philosophies in line with organizational values and goals - Implement succession planning, competency mapping, and recognition & rewards frameworks - Create and execute end-to-end learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities - Administer and facilitate product trainings, including designing learning modules and instructional materials - Identify training needs, develop training materials, and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs for continuous improvement - Coordinate with various teams to update training materials and organize training programs - Conduct training sessions such as behavioral and compliance training - Design and conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze data, and present insights to stakeholders - Track key engagement metrics and provide reports to management in collaboration with HR Operations - Update organizational structures and publish internal communications - Administer product training to employees and ensure content/material is updated in the Learning Management System (LMS) **Ideal Candidate:** - Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field - 5-8 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development and Talent Management, with expertise in running LMS and reporting - Strong understanding of Talent Development and Human Psychology - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in research and AI skills This role offers you the opportunity to make a significant impact in shaping the organization's HR strategies and programs.
