Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Provide Cost effective and ttimely manpower
Ensure an updated employee database and employee files all with employee communications
Interface with department heads and training vendors to meet the training needs at the most compettive cost
Manpower planning- budget to variance and hence cost control
Review update and implement Policy Manual across the organisation
Work towards contrl of Attrition
Employee Relations and Engagement
Advise organisaton on the existing CSR regulatons and investment in the same.

Preferred candidate profile

Maintain and update attendance, absentism and leave records in alliance with all employees
Improve attendance
Orientation and proper on boarding of employees
Skill mapping and identification of training needs in coordination with department heads
Knowledge sharing sessions as and when required within departments
Assist admin in Payroll management by providing relevant data of OT or related special payment arrangments
Instituionalise fair Performance Appraisal
Ensure available of required data for annual salary review and implement the same thereof
On time availbility of updated and complete employee personal data(personal details, positions, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, training and awards)
Ensure cordial and peaceful industrial relation with the unions
Minimise employee related legal litigations
