You will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the department according to the Corporate Strategies and brand standards of Hyatt International. Your primary focus will be to ensure that the needs and expectations of employees, guests, and owners are met efficiently. You will collaborate closely with the Learning Manager and Human Resources team to streamline the HR Department's operations. The ideal candidate should possess a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management. A minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Human Resources Coordinator or Training Coordinator in a larger operation is required. Strong problem-solving abilities, administrative skills, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for this role.,
