Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & IT Recruitment Specialist based in Lucknow. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes focused on sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals. The specialist will develop and implement HR policies, plan and execute strategies for workforce planning, manage employee benefits, and handle personnel management. Work includes collaborating with hiring managers to meet recruitment needs and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience in creating, implementing, and managing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and related processes
• Strong skills in Personnel Management
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in on-site settings
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in IT recruitment is preferreD
• Must have Experience of 1-3 years
