Responsibilities:
1. Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and conducting initial screenings.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
3. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
4. Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and company events.
5. Conduct research and analysis on HR-related topics and provide recommendations.
6. Assist in benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries.
7. Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
5. Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent time management skills.
