HR Internship

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern with a strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. This internship offers a practical learning environment and an opportunity to work closely with the HR team in end-to-end hiring processes and support HR documentation as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily recruitment callings and candidate coordination
• Schedule interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates
• Collect and maintain interview feedback from department heads
• Keep recruitment trackers and follow-up sheets updated regularly
• Provide support in basic HR documentation and employee record management

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates currently pursuing BBA (HR) or MBA (HR)
• Freshers with strong interest in recruitment and corporate HR exposure
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills required
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or MS Excel preferred
