WE ARE HIRE HR INTERN

Should Have own Laptop
Work Type- Onsite/Full Time
Location- Noida Sec 63
Duration- 3 Months
Office Time- 9:30 Am to 6 Pm
Working Days- Mon - Friday

Job Description-

Support end-to-end recruitment process for internships, fresher roles, and lateral positions.
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
Support onboarding and documentation activities for new joiners
Contribute to recruitment process improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of MS Excel and Google Sheets
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
