About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns who are eager to gain hands-on experience in various Human Resources functions. This internship will provide exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and policy implementation, giving interns an opportunity to build a strong foundation for their career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the

  end-to-end recruitment process

  including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Support in

  onboarding & induction formalities

  for new joiners.
• Maintain and update

  employee records

  and HR databases.
• Help in organizing

  employee engagement activities

  and HR events.
• Assist in preparing and updating

  HR-related reports, MIS, and presentations

  .
• Support in handling

  day-to-day HR queries

  from employees.
• Coordinate with the HR team on

  policy communication, payroll basics, and compliance activities

  .
• Participate in

  exit process support

  such as scheduling exit interviews and documentation.

Desired Skills & Qualities:

• Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Eligibility:

• Graduate / Postgraduate students pursuing or completed studies in

  Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
