Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment: resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
• Maintain HR databases and employee records
• Assist in employee engagement activities and events
• Support administrative tasks related to HR operations

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Eager to learn and take initiative
