Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Calling the applicants
2. Scheduling and Conducting Interviews for different domains.3. Shortlisting the applicants4. Conducting an orientation session5. Helping the applicant get onboarded6. Follow up with applicants7. Coordinating with Team managers8. Ensuring the admin process is followed by every member9. Improving working culture10. Conducting training sessions for members
