HR Intern

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and creative individuals to join our team as Human Resource Interns.

Internship Details:

• Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
• Duration: 3 months
• Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the HR team and assist Senior HRs in recruitment.
• Sourcing candidates from different portals, databases, and network.
• Posting jobs in different social platforms.
• Screening resumes of candidates.
• Understanding candidate profiles and collecting basic information of the candidates over telephonic interview.
• Schedule interviews and confirms applicant’s availability.

Required Skills:

• MBA/PGDM in HR/Any Graduate
• Must have excellent English Communication and writing skills.
• Hands on experience with MS Office.
