Job Description

Job Title: HR Intern
Location: Newtown, Kolkata

Your Responsibilities:

Help in hiring candidates for both IT and Non-IT roles (posting jobs, screening resumes, and setting up interviews)
Assist in onboarding new employees and making their first day smooth
Support the HR team with daily office and admin work
Learn about recruitment tools and hiring methods

Requirements:

Graduate from any stream (mandatory)
Good communication skills
Eager to learn and grow
Positive and adaptable attitude
Interested in building a long-term career in HR
Should be ready to join full-time after internship
