HR Intern

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and candidate management. The ideal candidate will support the end-to-end hiring process and play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri etc.).
• Coordinate and post job advertisements across platforms in line with open positions.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and hiring pipeline regularly.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with online sourcing tools.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
