Job Description

The responsibilities for this role include assisting with recruiting and onboarding processes, such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. You will also be supporting the HR team by managing employee records to ensure all documentation is complete and up to date. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing and distributing internal communications, policies, and other HR-related documents. Furthermore, you will contribute to employee engagement initiatives and company events, assist with employee benefits administration and communication, maintain HR databases, and generate reports as needed. Participation in training programs and HR-related projects will also be part of your responsibilities, along with addressing basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. This is a full-time position that offers benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the location of work is in person.,
