Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage industrial relations with employees, unions, and government agencies to maintain a positive work environment. Ensure labour laws compliance by implementing necessary measures and procedures. Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent for cold chain operations. Oversee worker orientation programs to ensure new hires are properly trained on company policies and procedures. Provide regular training sessions to workers on various aspects of their roles within the organization. Desired Candidate Profile Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders. Strong understanding of cold chain management, hygiene protocols, labor laws, and regulations. MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or PG Diploma in Any Specialization preferred. 3-6 years of experience in Human Resources or related field (HR/IR).
