We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Industrial Relations & Administration Manager to lead and manage our HR, IR, and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will ensure a compliant, productive, and harmonious workplace environment while supporting the companys growth in cold chain operations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain strong industrial relations with employees, unions, and government authorities. Ensure compliance with labor laws and implement necessary HR policies and procedures. Design and execute effective hiring strategies to attract skilled talent, especially for cold chain operations. Conduct onboarding programs for new hires, introducing them to company policies and expectations. Organize and lead training sessions to keep workers updated on hygiene, safety, and operational standards. Collaborate with various departments to maintain an efficient and employee-friendly workplace. Desired Candidate Profile: 3 - 6 years of experience in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Administration. Strong knowledge of labour laws , cold chain operations , and hygiene protocols. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or Industrial Relations or a PG Diploma in a relevant specialization. Experience in the food processing or manufacturing industry will be an advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders. Strong understanding of cold chain management, hygiene protocols, labor laws, and regulations. MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or PG Diploma in Any Specialization preferred. 3-6 years of experience in Human Resources or related field (HR/IR).
