HR Head - Salon and Spa

As an HR Head - Salon and Spa in the retail industry, your role will involve managing various aspects related to recruitment, training, performance management, staff retention, and culture building. - Recruitment & Staffing: - Manage end-to-end hiring for all 9 branches - Build internal talent pool and reduce dependency on agencies - Training & Development: - Set up structured onboarding and induction process - Conduct skill development & grooming trainings regularly - Performance Management: - Implement appraisal systems, staff evaluations, and KPI-based reviews - Drive productivity and staff discipline - Staff Retention & Culture Building: - Design reward & recognition programs - Handle grievances, exit interviews, and engagement activities Preferred Qualifications: - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Capable of handling field teams, junior to senior levels - Proficient with HR software and Google Workspace Please note the office timings for this role are from 10 am to 7 pm.
