Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Create and post job advertisements on various platforms. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate the selection process. Facilitate new hire onboarding, including orientation and training sessions. 2. Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and resolve conflicts. Promote a positive organizational culture and employee engagement. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations. 3. Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Provide employees with information regarding benefits options and enrolment. 4. Compliance & Legal: Ensure adherence to labor laws and employment regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation. Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with company policies. 6. Employee Separation: Manage the exit process, including conducting exit interviews. Ensure the return of company property and completion of necessary paperwork.
