Aktuell Powers Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing solar EPC company delivering clean and sustainable energy solutions. We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to manage hiring needs across departments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
• Screen and schedule interviews with relevant departments
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
• Coordinate for offer rollouts and joining formalities
• Assist in onboarding and HR documentation

Candidate Profile:

• MBA in Human Resource Management
• 1 to 3 years of relevant recruitment experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of Excel, email, and online job platforms
• Preferably from the solar, engineering, or infrastructure sector

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
