Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Faculty based in Kozhikode. The HR Faculty will be responsible for developing and delivering HR-related curriculum, conducting training sessions, managing classroom activities, and evaluating student performance. Additional responsibilities include staying updated with the latest HR trends and incorporating them into the curriculum, mentoring students, and working with other faculty members to improve the overall program.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources, including recruitment, training, and employee development
• 2-3 year Experience in Human Resource Filed.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
• Ability to stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new learning techniques
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
