Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Faculty to conduct online classes in Human Resource Management. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in HR or teaching, with a strong understanding of Indian labour laws, especially the role of labour laws in GCC countries under the Industrial Relations Code.

Responsibilities:

• Teach HR subjects through live online sessions.
• Cover key topics such as labour laws, GCCs, and compliance.
• Prepare study materials, assignments, and case studies.
• Support and guide students during their learning journey.

Requirements:

• Degree in HR, Labour Law, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of GCCs and Indian labour laws.
• Strong communication and online teaching skills.
