Job Description

You will be joining a fast-growing startup with a focus on building a high-performing, people-centric team. As the HR Executive, you will be instrumental in shaping the organization's HR function through various responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Recruitment & Talent Acquisition** - Source, screen, and interview candidates across departments. - Define job descriptions and hiring needs in coordination with hiring managers. - Manage job postings on various portals and social platforms. - Ensure smooth onboarding and induction programs for new hires. - **Employee Lifecycle Management** - Maintain employee records and HR documentation. - Handle onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits, and settlements. - Develop and update HR policies aligned with company goals. - Timely processing of salary and reimbursements. - **Performance Management** - Drive goal-setting and appraisal processes. - Maintain performance records and assist in performance reviews. - **Employee Engagement & Culture** - Plan and execute engagement initiatives and team-building activities. - Foster transparent communication between employees and leadership. - Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. - **HR Operations & Generalist Support** - Implement HRIS or tools for operational efficiency. - Assist in training & development initiatives. - Address grievance redressal and conflict resolution professionally. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field. - 1-3 years of experience in a similar HR generalist/executive role. - Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. - Ownership, adaptability, and a self-starter attitude are crucial for startup environment. - Experience with HR software/tools is advantageous.
