Job Description

Position Details : Location - Bhopal (office working) Position : HR Executive End-to-end IT recruitment, managing the complete hiring cycle. Partnering with hiring managers to identify and understand staffing needs. Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements. Conducting in-person and telephonic interviews to assess candidates. Administering company assessments to evaluate technical and behavioral fit. Performing reference checks and background verifications. Recommending suitable candidates to hiring managers for final selection. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring teams. Following up with candidates and managers to track interview status and feedback. Maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to meet hiring targets. Communicating employer branding, job roles, and benefits during the screening process. Staying informed about organizational structure, HR policies, and employment laws. Acting as a liaison with employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations. Preparing and submitting timely reports on recruitment and hiring activities. Conducting exit interviews and gathering feedback from outgoing employees. Managing salary negotiations and preparing offer letters for selected candidates.
