HR Executive - Welfare, Payroll and Compliance

**Job Description:** You will be responsible for handling employee assignments at LIXIL INDIA PVT LTD. This is a full-time, non-remote position starting on 15 September 2025. **Role Overview:** - Manage and coordinate employee assignments within the organization. - Ensure smooth transition and onboarding of employees. - Handle employee queries and concerns related to assignments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate with various departments to facilitate employee assignments. - Communicate assignment details and expectations clearly to employees. - Monitor the progress of assignments and provide necessary support. - Address any issues or challenges faced by employees during their assignments. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the assignment process. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. - Proven experience in handling employee assignments or HR operations. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
