Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will assist in hiring, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance and leave management, employee engagement, KPI tracking & reporting and other HR activities to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, document verification, joining formalities, and maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Monitor attendance, leave records, HR trackers, and provide payroll inputs.
• Prepare HR documents, including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and other employee communications.
• Address employee queries, support employee engagement initiatives, and assist in performance review and confirmation processes.
• Manage employee exit formalities and ensure timely completion of all related documentation.
• Prepare HR reports, recruitment trackers, and provide regular HR updates to the management.
• Track and monitor the performance of every employee against their defined KPIs, maintain KPI trackers, and prepare regular (weekly/monthly) KPI performance reports for management, highlighting achievements, gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, maintain confidentiality, and support continuous improvement of HR processes and day-to-day operations.
