Job Description

Experience: 3–6 Years (Minimum 5 Years Preferred)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 Per Month
Qualification: Any Graduate (HR Degree/Diploma Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day HR Operations.
Maintain employee records and large employee databases.
Manage onboarding, documentation, attendance and exit formalities.
Update employee information in HRMS.
Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate with employees and different departments.

Required Skills:

Good understanding of HR Operations.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of HRMS and DMS (Document Management System).
Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
Hands-on knowledge of VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas and basic Excel functions.
Ability to manage large employee databases.
Good documentation and data management skills.

Preferred: Candidates with relevant HR experience in corporate offices or manufacturing companies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
