Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records, late marks and employee discipline.
Handle payroll coordination, salary inputs, PF, ESIC and other statutory compliances.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters and other HR documents.
Maintain employee personal files, HR records and MIS reports.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements and recruitment.
Handle employee grievances, queries and day-to-day HR activities.
Manage employee exit formalities, resignation, full & final settlement and exit documentation.
Coordinate with HRMS/payroll software vendors for smooth HR operations.
Ensure implementation of company HR policies and procedures.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate in HR, a related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR operations.
Good knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESIC compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software.
Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
Ability to independently manage day-to-day HR activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
