Job Description – HR Executive

Job Location: Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra

Position: HR Executive

Qualification: MBA (HR)

Experience: Minimum 4 Years

Salary: Negotiable – Based on Interview and Candidate Skills

Facilities: Company Transport & Canteen

Job Roles & Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
Manage statutory compliance and labour law requirements.
Handle monthly payroll processing.
Manage time office, attendance, leave, shift management and overtime.
Coordinate employee travel arrangements and bookings.
Manage employee onboarding, induction and exit formalities.
Prepare and maintain HR reports and records.
Handle monthly PF & ESIC returns and challans.
Manage annual statutory returns and compliance documentation.
Prepare employee letters, notices and other HR documents.
Coordinate IATF 16949 and ISO 45001 audits.
Handle customer audits related to HR and statutory compliance.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities.

Desired Skills

Good knowledge of Labour Laws and Statutory Compliance.
Strong knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESIC and Time Office.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software.
Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
Strong documentation, reporting and audit-handling skills.
Ability to independently manage HR activities in a manufacturing environment.
