Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination
• Source profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal database and build a strong talent pipeline
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closure of positions
• Maintain recruitment tracker, candidate database, and provide regular hiring updates
• Support day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave management, employee records, and HRMS updates
• Assist in onboarding, documentation, induction, and exit formalities
• Plan and drive employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and office events to foster a positive work culture
• Implement and drive innovative and creative employer branding initiatives through social media, LinkedIn, careers page, employee stories, and culture showcases to enhance company visibility
• Ensure effective employee communication and support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and retention

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, with hands-on experience in hiring for multiple engineering roles and non IT Roles.
• Proficiency with job boards and recruitment tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain the database, prepare report and present to the management team.
• Ability to travel within Mumbai
