Job Description

Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Assist with payroll processing and salary-related queries.
Handle employee engagement and basic HR administration.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

Requirements

MBA in HR ( Mandatory )
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Minimum 1 Year of experience in Recruitment and HR operation.
Immediate joining perferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
