Job Description

Employee Onboarding & Documentation:

Collect background verification documents, police verification records, ID proofs, and medical fitness certificates.
Maintain centralized physical and digital employee records via an HRMS database

Attendance, Shift Tracking & Payroll Coordination:

Track daily muster rolls, site attendance, shift rosters, and leave records.
Feed clean data into payroll processing and help resolve salary or overtime discrepancies.

Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws:

Manage compliance documentation for Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESIC), Professional Tax (PT), and applicable security/labour acts (such as PSARA norms where applicable).
Assist internal and external auditors during compliance and client site audits.

Employee Relations & Field Coordination:

Act as a bridge between field personnel, site supervisors, and upper management.
Address grievances, handle disciplinary actions, and manage conflict resolution at client locations.
