Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and enthusiastic HR Executive to manage day-to-day Human Resources activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to handle employee-related matters professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Handle onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate employee information.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and HR-related concerns.
Support employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment.
Ensure HR policies and company procedures are followed.
Assist in performance management, employee evaluations, and HR reporting.
Coordinate employee exit formalities and full & final settlement documentation.
Ensure proper maintenance of HR documents and statutory records.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar HR role.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word. Zoho People and Zoho Payroll knowledge is advantage.

Candidate in an around Tambaram required for this job.
