Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing and screening candidates to on boarding new hires — and play a key role in building a strong and talented workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding).
Draft and post job openings on various job portals and social media.
Source candidates using platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidates’ suitability for roles.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Prepare offer letters and assist with joining formalities.
Support HR in other activities such as employee engagement and on boarding.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn search.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools.
