HR Executive

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
• Post jobs, screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate final interviews.
• Manage salary discussions, offer letters, and employee onboarding.

2. HR Operations

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data.
• Prepare payroll inputs, including attendance, incentives, and deductions.
• Handle joining, exit formalities, and full & final settlement coordination.

3. Performance Management

• Track employee KRAs, KPIs, and performance.
• Coordinate appraisals and maintain performance records.

4. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Handle employee queries, concerns, and workplace issues.
• Manage employee engagement activities and exit interviews.
• Maintain good communication between employees and management.

5. HR Policies & Compliance

• Implement and update HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure employees follow company rules and applicable labour laws.
• Support management in manpower planning and HR process improvements.

6. HR Reporting & MIS

• Maintain recruitment trackers, employee records, and HR dashboards.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on recruitment, attendance, manpower, and attrition.

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Education

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA / PGDM in HR will be preferred.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of end-to-end HR processes.
• Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Tools & Software

• HRMS / ERP software.
• MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, and LinkedIn
