Job Description

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain employee records and HR databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
Handle attendance, leave management, and employee documentation.
Support payroll processing by providing employee-related data and records.
Address employee queries and assist in resolving workplace issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR procedures.
Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities.
Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other documentation as required by management.
Support exit formalities, including clearance, documentation, and full-and-final settlement processes.
Work closely with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
