As an HR & Executive with 4-6 years of experience in the Shipping/Logistics industry, your role will involve managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes tasks such as sourcing, screening, onboarding, and documenting new hires. You will conduct training sessions to educate employees on new and updated HR policies and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning and executing employee engagement activities to enhance motivation, retention, and workplace culture. Handling employee grievances promptly and professionally to ensure resolution in alignment with company policies will also be part of your responsibilities.
