Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive/Supervisor located in Devikulam. The HR Executive/Supervisor will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and enforcing HR policies, handling employee relations, and overseeing various human resources activities. The role involves daily tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Proficiency in various Human Resources (HR) activities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
