We are in look out for HR executive from real estate domain to support our HR function, pls find the detailed JD :
Ø Handling both end to end recruitment activities - middle and senior level
Ø Proficient in handling job portals, generate profile across all levels
Ø Posting the Job opportunities in line to the company vacancy and shortlisting the
candidates applying through the job portal like Naukri, Indeed & Linkedin.
Ø Undertaking the On boarding and induction to new joiners
Ø Preparing Offer letter and Appointment letter & NDA for the On boarded Employees.
Ø Employee Relationship
Ø Attendance validation for payroll processing
Ø Administration of Employee benefits – GMC, GPA, PF claims
Ø Exit process.
Any master in HR would do
: 3 – 4 yrs of relevant exps in HR
: Chennai
2.5 lacs to 4 lacs with bonus.
1) Good communication 2) Proficient in MS office 3) To have positive attitude
