Job Overview

As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. You will play a key role in building a positive work culture and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Source, screen, and recruit top talent for various roles.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes.
• Develop job descriptions and post job openings on relevant platforms.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Foster a positive work culture and address employee concerns.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
• Handle grievances and ensure conflict resolution.

3. HR Policies & Compliance

• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
• Maintain employee records and documentation.

4. Performance Management

• Assist in conducting performance appraisals and feedback sessions.
• Monitor employee growth and suggest training programs.
• Develop strategies to improve employee retention.

5. Payroll & Attendance Management

• Maintain attendance records and process payroll data.
• Handle employee benefits and leave management.

Key RequirementsEducation & Experience

✔ Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ 1+ years of experience in HR, preferably in media, entertainment, or creative industries.

Skills & Competencies

✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
✔ Knowledge of HR software and recruitment tools.✔ Ability to handle employee relations and conflict resolution.✔ Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.✔ Multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
