HR Executive- Real Estate

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive HR Executive to drive recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. The role will be integral in building a high-performance workforce as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, pre-sales & operational roles.
• Execute onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
• Maintain attendance, HR MIS, and payroll coordination.
• Implement KRAs, incentive structures, and performance tracking.
• Drive employee engagement activities and policy compliance.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of HR experience (Real Estate preferred).
• Strong sales hiring experience.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management.
• Process-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
