Job Title: HR Executive (Factory) – Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Job Description:
We are hiring an HR Executive for our factory in Gandhinagar. The role involves recruitment, payroll & attendance, compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, Factories Act), handling employee relations, and managing contract labor.
Requirements:
MBA/PGDM/MSW/MHRM in HR or related field
1–5 years’ HR experience in a manufacturing / factory setup
Knowledge of statutory compliance & labor laws
Good communication (Gujarati, Hindi, English)
Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
