As a HR Executive at our company, your role involves various responsibilities in recruitment and HR operations. **Role Overview:** - You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through multiple channels such as job portals and social media. - Coordinating and conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and providing recommendations to hiring managers will be a key part of your role. - Your duties will also include creating and posting job advertisements, managing candidate pipelines, and maintaining applicant tracking systems. - Ensuring smooth onboarding processes, including issuing offer letters, conducting background checks, and organizing new employee orientation sessions is essential. - Developing and maintaining a talent pool for future hiring needs will be crucial, along with collaborating with department heads to understand specific role requirements and aligning them with business goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels like job portals and social media. - Coordinate and conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and provide recommendations to hiring managers. - Create and post job advertisements, manage candidate pipelines, and maintain applicant tracking systems. - Ensure smooth onboarding processes, including offer letter issuance, background checks, and new employee orientation. - Develop and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs. - Collaborate with department heads to understand specific role requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 1-3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. - Problem-solving and multitasking abilities. You will also be involved in HR operations, where you will maintain employee records, support HR policy implementation, manage employee queries, coordinate employee engagement initiatives, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
