Job Description

Job Description: As part of the HR responsibilities, you will be responsible for developing and refining job descriptions to attract and retain top talent. You will source and engage potential candidates through various platforms and social media. Additionally, you will provide expert guidance on company policies and procedures, address and resolve employee inquiries with professionalism, and collaborate with management to identify and plan for future hiring needs. You will also support the recruitment process, including managing candidates during interviews, and implement and oversee employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
