Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive with hands-on experience in hospitality. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment, manage generalist HR responsibilities, oversee payroll processes, and drive employee engagement initiatives to create a motivated and high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various hospitality roles.
Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with department heads.
Manage the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Generalist HR Functions

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Manage HR documentation, policies, and compliance requirements.
Address employee queries and provide HR support across departments.

Payroll Management

Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, TDS, gratuity, etc.).
Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and related documentation.

Employee Engagement

Plan and execute employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and events.
Conduct employee feedback sessions and recommend action plans for improvement.
Foster a positive work culture that aligns with hospitality service excellence.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality or service sector.
Knowledge of HR operations, payroll systems, and statutory compliances.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
