Role & responsibilities Position: HR Executive/Operations Location: Nariman Point Experience: 1 year to 3 years Employment Type: Full-Time . Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate the onboarding process . Conduct orientation to introduce new hires to company culture, policies, and procedures. Assist with joining documentation and maintain accurate records. Provide support and guidance throughout the onboarding process. Facilitate team introductions for new employees. Draft letters, including offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in HR or related field. 1-3 years of experience in an HR role. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRMS. Strong communication and organizational skills.
